Linking projects to objectives

With so many projects and project stages, it’s easy to lose sight of the actual objective. You should therefore link your projects to your objective and work towards it together. In addition to the overarching objective, you can then define individual sub-objectives and areas of responsibility. This makes it easy to identify which individuals are responsible for a project and see at a glance who is accountable for achieving specific objectives.

On the profile page of the relevant stakeholder, you’ll then find further information and updates on the task. Supplement your objectives with themes such as a breakdown by quarter or product. This allows teams to actively follow these themes to receive relevant information.

Goal status

The goal status and assessment are particularly useful for OKRs, helping you to keep track of risks and make informed decisions. With Atlas, you can more easily track how goals are being achieved through the work of multiple teams and record the relevant performance metrics. To do this, use any project page, board or section to show what’s currently being worked on and why.

This makes it easy to help your teams stay focused, set priorities, and shows them how their work contributes to achieving goals, whilst keeping motivation high.

Focus on what matters most and filter out the projects that aren’t important to you. Receive updates via the tools you already use, such as Slack or Microsoft Teams, for the projects you’re following.

Topic tags also help you view projects from every angle. This allows you, for example, to look at projects from specific departments or quarters.
