We offer licences for the following Atlassian products
Atlassian Cloud Deployment option

Atlassian offers a number of cloud-based products. This means that Atlassian manages the systems, including all data, on its own servers. The cloud solution is a good option if you want to get the system up and running as quickly as possible, as there is no need to set up and configure your own infrastructure.
Please feel free to contact us for more information about the Atlassian Cloud.
Atlassian Data Centre Deployment option

One deployment option is the Data Centre. Your Atlassian system is run across multiple servers. As the load is distributed across several systems, this offers a number of benefits, such as stability, speed and scalability. This option is designed for large enterprises that require maximum system availability with a high number of users (>1,000). Please feel free to contact us for more information about the Atlassian Data Centre.
Please note that Atlassian will be discontinuing the Data Center products on 28 March 2029.
FAQ
The Data Centre deployment option runs on your own systems, thereby ensuring complete control over the data. It also ensures a transparent infrastructure.
The key technical difference is that the Data Centre version can be operated across multiple servers. This distributes the load across different systems, which has a positive effect on the stability, speed and scalability of the systems.
Yes, additional licences would be required if these are production instances. Each licence permits the deployment of only a single production instance of the software in a production environment. If you wish to set up test environments or non-production environments, you do not require any further licences for this.
When you purchase a new Data Center licence or renew/upgrade an existing Data Center licence, a new licence key is stored in the My Atlassian account for the billing and technical contacts. Follow the steps below to apply your new key in the server environment once a billing or technical contact has copied the licence key from the My Atlassian account.

- Paste the new licence key and then click Save.
By definition, a user is an account with permission to log in to the application. Named users with this access right are counted towards the permitted user limit even if they are not currently logged in. Multiple people are not permitted to share a single product login. Our licensing model is not based on the number of concurrent users.
- Cloud customers can find further information in Section 2.5 of the Atlassian Cloud Terms of Service.
- For Data Centre customers, the licence rights set out in Section 3.1 of the Atlassian Software Licence Agreement are based on the respective scope of use, which in turn depends on the number of unique authorised users purchased.
Atlassian Cloud
For Atlassian Cloud, up to 5,000 user licences (Confluence, Jira Core, Jira Software) are available. For Jira Service Desk Cloud, you can purchase licences for up to 5,000 agents. There is no limit on the number of Jira Service Desk ‘customers’.
