SAFe Introductory Workshop

In the SAFe Introduction Workshop, you will learn more about the Scaled Agile Framework through practical examples. By the end of the workshop, participants will be familiar with the key advantages and disadvantages of the SAFe Framework and will be able to understand and apply the most important terminology. 

SAFe Simulation

In a simulation, participants gain their first practical experience of the SAFe Framework. Taking on different roles provides an insight into the day-to-day challenges of a scaled organisation.

In this workshop, we’ll carry out a health check on your agile teams using the Agility Health Radar. 

Meeting Review
 

The daily stand-up drags on for hours, the retrospective just goes round in circles covering the same topics, the team consistently fails to meet sprint goals, and the sprint review is met with silence. If any of this sounds familiar in your organisation, we can help! We’ll be on hand during your events and support the facilitators with ‘back-seat’ coaching.

Practical workshop on agile formats

In almost every working environment, everyone is expected to be able to facilitate meetings effectively. At the same time, the aim is to actively involve as many participants as possible and to work creatively or find solutions on the spot.
