We started out as Prepend, an Atlassian specialist with around 20 years of experience in the Dutch market. In December 2025, we joined the Communardo Group. Today we are Communardo Netherlands, with the same team and the same passion, plus more than 400 colleagues across Europe behind us.
We are a team of around 25 consultants, trainers and service desk specialists. We advise, implement, migrate to the cloud, support and train, so we stay with our customers for the whole journey. Our customers range from government bodies and municipalities to energy, logistics, retail and media companies. That means variety, responsibility and real conversations with the people who use what we build.
What connects us is a simple promise: we keep going until it works. We are proud of the quality we deliver, and we deliver it together.
Where and how we work
Utrecht: our home base in the heart of the country. Our office in Utrecht is where we meet, run workshops and training and catch up over lunch. Because it sits in the middle of the Netherlands, it is easy to reach from wherever you live.
Boots on the ground. We like to be close to our customers. You work with them directly and help choose assignments that match your strengths.
The right place for the right moment. A workshop at a client in the morning, home in time to pick up the kids: you organise your week the way it works for you.
Bi-monthly Team Day. Our colleagues live all over the Netherlands, so once in two months we all meet in Utrecht to share knowledge and enjoy each other’s company.
