Customised app for Jira in project management
Today, Infogate AG uses only Jira for time tracking on projects and support requests. Previously, employees recorded this data in both Jira tickets and MS Excel (for generating specific reports). Using two different platforms for time tracking was inefficient and cumbersome.
Communardo Switzerland developed an app that aggregates the workload in such a way that employees can view a real-time overview of the project status and the remaining credit for the associated order in every ticket.
