Communardo Group strengthens its European Atlassian business
Florence Heinen appointed VP Operations Atlassian Professional Services
Commuanrdo Group GmbH, headquartered in Dresden, is continuing its growth trajectory as a pan-European Atlassian partner and is filling a newly created key position at Group level: effective June 1, 2026, Florence Heinen will take on the role of VP Operations Atlassian Professional Services.

Greater reliability and quality for clients across Europe
With the appointment of Florence Heinen, Communardo Group is reinforcing its commitment to delivering Atlassian consulting and implementation services at a consistently high level for clients across Europe – regardless of country or industry. In her new role, Florence Heinen will develop the Group-wide operating model that creates the conditions for even more reliable project outcomes, consistent quality standards, and faster scaling of joint services. She will also drive the standardisation and further development of the services portfolio, with a particular focus on Cloud and Artificial Intelligence.
For clients, this means shorter paths to specialist expertise, a consistent service experience across borders, and bundled access to the full know-how of the Group – from Atlassian platform projects and cloud migrations to complex transformation and managed services engagements.
"Communardo has established itself as one of the leading Atlassian partners in Europe over the past years. With Florence Heinen, we are gaining an experienced leader who will bring our strengths together and offer our clients even more reliability, speed, and quality," says Anje Hickey, CEO Atlassian Professional Services at Communardo Group.
Proven expertise from international technology and consulting environments

Florence Heinen brings nearly two decades of experience in operational leadership roles within international technology and consulting environments. Most recently, she served as COO of Fellowmind DACH, where she led the operational transformation of a 160-person organisation. In this role, she consolidated delivery models, redesigned the services portfolio, and established a scalable, IP-based Customer Success model.
Prior to that, Florence Heinen spent more than a decade at Microsoft, where she held several senior leadership positions in Consulting EMEA. In parallel, she drove major transformation initiatives for enterprise clients across multiple industries.
"What draws me to Communardo Group is the combination of specialist, highly talented teams and a clear pan-European ambition," says Florence Heinen. "My role is to make sure our clients across Europe experience the same level of excellence – with clear standards, short paths, and the full strength of the Group behind them. In the first weeks, I will primarily listen and take the time to get to know the teams and our clients."
