Farewell to a leader in Switzerland – team well positioned for the next steps

Communardo thanks Martin Wulff

Zurich, 01. April 2026

Communardo is bidding farewell to Martin Wulff. After spending formative years on the management team and the successfully integrating bitvoodoo into the Communardo Group, he is pursuing new professional opportunities. Today, the Swiss team is closely integrated with the DACH structures. Martin Wulff played a key role in shaping this development. The unit is on a stable footing and ready for the next steps.

Integration successfully advanced

Martin Wulff founded and built bitvoodoo together with Oliver Sträßer. Since 2023, the company has been part of the Communardo Group and operates as Communardo Switzerland.

During this period, Wulff not only led the Swiss business and further developed customer relationships, but also actively supported the organization’s strategic and operational integration. His contributions have left a lasting mark on the Swiss unit and strengthened its role within the Group.

After the successful integration, the time is right for me to start a new chapter. Communardo Switzerland is on solid ground today, works closely with the DACH organization, and is well-prepared for the future challenges.
I’m looking forward to continuing to support the transition and helping create a reliable foundation for the future,” said Martin Wulff.

The management team of the Communardo Group also looks back on the collaboration with gratitude:

Martin played a decisive role in expanding our customer relationships and developing the team in Switzerland and Germany.
We value his clarity, his energy, and his willingness to actively drive change,” said Tino Beyer, Co-CEO of Communardo GmbH.

A clear structure for the future

Corinne Glauser and Rainer Molocea will jointly assume operational leadership of Communardo Switzerland: Corinne Glauser, in her function as Head of Delivery CH, and Rainer Molocea, in his role as CTU Lead CH and a member of the DACH management team. To further strengthen strategic leadership in Switzerland, Communardo has appointed a Board of Directors. Its members are Anje Hickey (Chair and CEO of the Communardo Group) as well as Claudia Lutter and Tino Beyer (both Co-CEOs of Communardo GmbH).

This body establishes clear responsibilities and will support the Swiss unit as it enters the new fiscal year. The goal is to further drive local growth and strengthen collaboration across the Group.

Background: bitvoodoo as the starting point

In 2023, Communardo acquired bitvoodoo, which was an important step in the development of the Communardo Group. This marked the Group’s foray into the leading Atlassian partnership in the DACH region and its pursuit of a top position in EMEA.

Today, bitvoodoo's expertise forms the foundation of Communardo Switzerland. bitvoodoo also has long-standing customer relationships. The company has an experienced team. All of these form the basis for a successful Swiss business within the Communardo Group.
