Communardo gains PROM12 as a new shareholder and strategic investor
PROM12, a specialist in digital transformation and IT services, is supporting Communardo in its future development
Communardo GmbH has secured PROM12 from Munich and Christian Kranebitter as new shareholders and strategic growth investors.
Communardo has grown steadily since its foundation in 2001 and, as a full-service provider for the modern workplace with nearly 220 employees across seven locations in Germany, Austria and Albania, generates a turnover of EUR 40 million. With the support of PROM12, Communardo plans to continue its strong organic and inorganic growth in its core segments.
PROM12, a specialist in digital transformation and IT services, is supporting Communardo in its future development and is working closely with Communardo’s management team to strategically position the company for international growth. Ilja Hauß and Dirk Röhrborn will remain as shareholders. Dirk Röhrborn will continue to lead Communardo’s business as CEO.
