Automatic product detection

Administrators benefit from greater transparency and can manage shadow IT by identifying the Atlassian Cloud products created by the users they manage, and by seeing who the administrators are and how many users have joined these products.

FAQ

No, Atlassian Access was designed specifically for Cloud products. We currently recommend that customers using Atlassian’s Cloud and Data Centre products use Crowd for user management and SSO for all Data Centre products. Atlassian Access can then be used for user control and security for the Cloud products.

With Atlassian Access, you can centrally enforce security policies for managed cloud users of Jira,Jira Service Management, Jira Work Management, Confluence, Bitbucket, Trello and Statuspage.

Charges are only applied to users with a Jira Service Management licence. Users who simply submit a request do not require a licence and will therefore not be charged.
