Confluence is a software tool designed to optimise knowledge sharing within an organisation. It can be used for knowledge and document management. It is also suitable for collaborative work and can be used as an intranet. Confluence can be integrated with other Atlassian applications, such as Jira or Trello. To expand its functionality, apps can be installed from the Atlassian Marketplace.
