Who could share better what it’s like to work with us than the team itself? In our videos and interviews, you’ll get authentic, first-hand insights.
This is Denny!

Denny has been working as a Service Desk Agent at the Dresden location since 2017.
And Denny has a remarkable talent: his sunny disposition and incredibly positive aura bring a smile to the face of everyone he meets. Even if you've started the day on the wrong foot, Denny has a way of turning things around for the better.
In his role in IT support, our customers benefit just as much from this, as he handles their requests, issues, and challenges with professionalism, expertise, and a sunny attitude.
One of the most important things for me is that Communardo genuinely cares about its team and proactively reaches out to us. The best example of this was during the COVID pandemic. When the remote work phase really started, we at Communardo didn’t have to ask whether we’d get support for our home office setup - instead, we were asked if there was anything we needed.
There’s a strong sense of community within the company, and Communardo actively fosters that. A great example is the childcare fund. A special fund was created where team members could contribute overtime hours, vacation days, and Bonusly points. This fund was used to compensate for time off due to sick children, so affected employees continued to receive their full salary. I believe that kind of support was rare among companies during the pandemic. Whenever I tell friends and family about it, they’re always amazed.
This team spirit is also supported through lots of events - both team-specific and company-wide - and the Bonusly program. Plus, we’re encouraged to actively shape our own career paths, which isn’t something you can take for granted at a company of this size.
There’s also a very transparent company policy, and a significant share of profits is distributed to employees - something that definitely puts a smile on your face when looking at your payslip. We’re kept informed about revenue, planning figures, and the future direction of Communardo, and we have a voice in the process. A great example of this is the redesign of the Dresden office: we were asked how we wanted our future workplace to look, and our ideas and wishes were beautifully implemented.
And what really makes us stand out is the open communication across all levels of the company. I can approach our CEO or any of the business lines at any time to discuss challenges - and all on a first-name basis. At Communardo, the informal “Du” (German) isn’t just a word, it’s something we truly live by. :-)
I look forward to seeing my team, connecting with colleagues from other teams, and diving into work that never gets boring. I can approach anyone at any time and always get the support I need - that’s pretty special.
I have the freedom to choose whether I work from home or in the office, which is an incredible benefit that’s honestly priceless to me. Working hours are flexible, so there’s always enough space for personal matters too.
Now, about the work itself...
The possibilities I have in my daily work feel limitless. I can plan my day independently and grow through the tasks I take on. For more complex challenges, there’s always someone I can reach out to — and if it’s something completely new, we tackle it together as a team.
My work is extremely varied and often very demanding — and that’s exactly what makes it so enjoyable. You get the chance to push beyond your own limits and take on new, unfamiliar tasks. That’s what IT is all about. It’s never boring, and things are constantly changing. What was relevant yesterday might already be outdated today. And that’s exactly what I love about my job.
