Dirk Röhrborn, Diplom-Wirtschaftsinformatiker und Gründungsgesellschafter der Communardo Software GmbH

Dirk Röhrborn (born 1973) holds a degree in business informatics and completed his studies at the Technical University of Dresden and the University of Wales, Swansea. During this time, he worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers in London and IBM Deutschland GmbH in Stuttgart, among others.

From 1997, he worked as a software developer and consultant for Multimedia Software GmbH Dresden (Deutsche Telekom Group), where he headed the knowledge management project area until 2001.

Dirk Röhrborn is a founding partner of Communardo Software GmbH. As CEO of Communardo GmbH and Communardo Group GmbH, he focuses on the growth and further development of the group of companies.

Tino Beyer

Tino Beyer has been with Communardo since 2004, in various roles for Modern Work. In November 2023, he was appointed Co-Managing Director and Chief Revenue Officer of Communardo GmbH. As such, he is responsible for the business in Germany and Austria as Head of Sales & Marketing.

With a computer science degree, he has the know-how when it comes to digital transformation. Tino Beyer has guided numerous customers in their transition to modern digital workplaces. He has developed effective IT strategies, and is now leveraging automation and artificial intelligence.

Claudia Lutter

Claudia Lutter has been pivotal to Communardo's growth since 2001. As a business information scientist (Dresden University of Technology) and certified project manager, she has been instrumental in building up the Atlassian business units at Communardo, successfully managing them for years. She then completed an additional diploma in management at the renowned ESMT Berlin in 2020.

Claudia Lutter is the company's Chief Operating Officer (COO) and has been developing the central areas of People & Culture, IT, and Quality & Standards since November 2023. She is also managing the integration processes of the Communardo Group.
In addition to her role as COO, Claudia Lutter she has also been Co-Managing Director of Communardo GmbH since December 2024.
