Our approach in detail

We move into the cloud with you in six stages within six months. After the cloud migration check, we take over the migration, the steps of which are optimized iteratively. During the migration, you can already start with the first environments and smoothly transition to a managed system.

1. Assessment

We evaluate your use cases for feasibility in the cloud and thus determine the critical points in the cloud migration. Together we also find use cases that are no longer in use and define the scope of the migration.

2. Planning

We define which steps are important for the implementation.
To do this, we create a roadmap for the move to the cloud and define the schedule for the migration phases.

3. Preparation

In this step, we prepare your data and systems for migration. This includes, among other things, a detailed cleanup of the source instances.
Some functions in the Atlassian Cloud are different from those in the environments you were used to. Therefore, we implement Change & Adoption measures right at the beginning of the migration process. With our measures, we inspire your users for the Atlassian Cloud. Because the migration project will only be a complete success if your employees enjoy working with the tools.

4. Testmigration

The systems of our customer companies are very different. That's why we conduct individual tests before every migration to determine how long the migration will take and what special features we need to pay attention to. In this way, we reduce the downtime of your applications and the risk during the migration to a minimum.

During this project phase, many customers decide to use the cloud instance productively for new use cases. This is a good way to get users used to the new environment.
