Elevatic is at a pivotal inflection point. As a high-growth leader in the Atlassian Marketplace, we are expanding our portfolio through strategic acquisitions and a unified Solution Suite vision. We are looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner who doesn’t just report on the past but actively shapes the future.

You will run the dedicated financial engine for Elevatic. Your daily focus is partnering with the Elevatic CEO and wider leadership team to optimize SaaS metrics, drive non-linear growth and navigate M&A. Furthermore, you will closely work together with the Holding CFO and finance team as functional sparring partner.

Elevatic is a specialized SaaS B2B vendor within the Atlassian ecosystem, dedicated to enabling the collective intelligence of modern organizations. Our 65-person team is transitioning from standalone apps to integrated Solution Suites across Knowledge & Work, Developer Experience, and Service Management. We architect the intelligent systems that turn fragmented data into actionable workflows, helping global enterprises work smarter through AI-ready, Forge-native solutions.

Our main offices are in Dresden, Zurich and Tirana and we offer hybrid and remote positions across Europe. A further location of employment is Amsterdam.

The Role

This isn’t a "back-office" controller role. You will be a core part of the Elevatic leadership's decision-making process.

  • Strategic Commercial Partner: Act as the primary financial advisor to the CEO and COO, translating complex financial data into actionable business strategies.

  • SaaS Metrics Guru: Own the Elevatic unit economics. You will define and track the Single Source of Truth for SaaS KPIs (ARR, NRR, LTV/CAC and more) to steer our RevOps and growth investments.

  • M&A & Integration: Support the ongoing due diligence and financial integration of new acquisitions, ensuring we capture synergies and hit post-merger financial milestones.

  • Forecasting & Planning: Lead the budgeting and rolling forecast process for Elevatic, providing the visibility needed to scale our product and GTM teams efficiently.

  • Holding Bridge: Manage the relationship with the Communardo Holding shared services, ensuring Elevatic’s reporting is seamless, compliant, and aligned with Group standards.

Your Profile

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a (Senior) Controlling or Finance Business Partner role, specifically within a B2B SaaS environment.

  • SaaS Fluency: You have a deep, intuitive understanding of subscription-based business models and their specific financial levers.

  • Analytical Rigor: You are a master of financial modeling and data-driven storytelling. You can explain the "why" behind the numbers to non-finance stakeholders.

  • Mindset: You possess an entrepreneurial soul with a corporate brain. You are proactive, comfortable with the ambiguity of a growth phase, and always looking for ways to improve efficiency.

  • Languages: Native-level or fluent English is essential. Good conversational German is required to navigate our Holding environment effectively.

  • Location: You are based in Germany or the Netherlands and are comfortable working in a high-performing hybrid/remote setup.

Why Elevatic?

Impact: You are joining during a massive expansion phase. You aren't just joining a team; you are helping build a company.

Business: Work at the intersection of a specialized tech ecosystem (Atlassian) and high-level M&A strategy.

Growth: This role is designed for someone who wants to move into a strategic financial leadership position.

Culture: Part of the established Communardo Holding, offering stability, combined with the agile, fast-paced scale-up energy of Elevatic.
