As an Senior Atlassian Consultant (Cloud & Data Center), you support enterprise customers throughout their Atlassian transformation journey—from analyzing existing Jira and Confluence environments to designing future-proof cloud solutions and successfully delivering migration and administration projects.
Beyond migrations, you will act as a trusted consultant, helping customers optimize their Atlassian landscape, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and ensure sustainable platform governance.

What you’ll do
- Analyze enterprise Jira and Confluence Data Center and Cloud environments, including configurations, customizations, Marketplace Apps, and integrations
- Plan and execute Jira and Confluence Data Center to Cloud migrations using Atlassian migration tools and best practices
- Perform migration assessments, including environment analysis, Marketplace App compatibility reviews, cleanup recommendations, and standardization activities
- Configure and administer Jira and Confluence, including workflows, permission schemes, notification schemes, screens, custom fields, automation, and project configurations
- Translate customer requirements into scalable Atlassian solutions and provide consulting throughout implementation projects
- Develop scripts and automations using ScriptRunner, Groovy, Java APIs, and REST APIs where required
- Evaluate, configure, and administer Atlassian Marketplace Apps
- Support customers with governance topics, user management, authentication, and SSO integrations
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues during migration and day-to-day administration
- Collaborate closely with consultants, developers, and international project teams while working directly with enterprise customers

What you bring
Must-have
- English proficiency at C1 level (spoken and written), as you will work daily with international colleagues and enterprise customers
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence in enterprise-scale environments
- Practical experience working with both Atlassian Cloud and Data Center environments
- Hands-on experience delivering Jira and Confluence Data Center to Cloud migrations using Jira Cloud Migration Assistant (JCMA) and Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant
- Experience performing migration assessments, including SQL-based analysis, cleanup of filters, dashboards, boards and schemes, Marketplace App evaluations, and environment standardization
- Strong Jira and Confluence administration experience, including workflows, permission schemes, notification schemes, custom fields, and configuration of enterprise environments
- Ability to translate customer requirements into working Atlassian configurations and consulting solutions
- Hands-on scripting and automation experience using ScriptRunner, Groovy, Java APIs, and REST APIs
- Experience evaluating and administering Atlassian Marketplace Apps (e.g. eazyBI, Advanced Roadmaps, Xray)
- Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills with both technical and non-technical customer stakeholders
- Willingness to work on-site in our Casablanca Finance City (CFC) office (relocation support available where applicable)
Nice-to-have
- Experience working in enterprise or regulated industries (e.g. banking or financial services)
- Atlassian certifications (ACP)
- Experience with modern Atlassian Cloud capabilities such as Forge, Rovo, or Jira Product Discovery
- German language skills (working language remains English)
