Elevatic is a specialized SaaS B2B vendor within the Atlassian ecosystem, dedicated to enabling the collective intelligence of modern organizations. Our 65-person team is transitioning from standalone apps to integrated Solution Suites across Knowledge & Work, Developer Experience, and Service Management. We architect the intelligent systems that turn fragmented data into actionable workflows, helping global enterprises work smarter through AI-ready, Forge-native solutions.
Our main offices are in Dresden, Zurich and Tirana and we offer hybrid and remote positions across Europe. A further location of employment is Amsterdam.
This role is offered as a 6-month fixed-term contract.

The Role
Research target accounts and identify potential opportunities for Elevatic's solutions
Build account maps and identify key stakeholders
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other research tools to identify decision-makers and influencers
Develop personalised outreach campaigns through email and LinkedIn
Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities
Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to understand customer challenges and market trends
Maintain accurate account and contact information in CRM systems
Support pipeline generation activities and help drive new business opportunities
Continuously improve outreach approaches through experimentation and analysis
Your Profile
Previous experience in SDR, BDR, Sales
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, other languages are a plus
Strong research and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Curious mindset and willingness to learn technical concepts
Comfortable working with LinkedIn, Hubspot, Apollo
Strong attention to detail
