As an IT Support Specialist (m/f/d), you will be the primary point of contact for IT-related support within Communardo Nordics. You ensure that colleagues have the tools, systems, and hardware they need to work efficiently, while collaborating closely with Group IT and contributing to a secure and well-functioning IT environment.

This role can be based at any of our locations in Sweden, with a preference for Karlstad.

Your Tasks

  • Supporting all colleagues at Communardo Nordics with IT, system and hardware-related requests.

  • Working closely with Group IT as part of the central IT Support team.

  • Managing hardware inventory, procurement, lifecycle planning and continuous improvements to hardware standards.

  • Coordinating information security-related activities and collaborating with the information security team to ensure compliance with internal policies and best practices.

Your Profile

  • Relevant hands-on work experience in IT support, workplace management, or system administration

  • Service-minded and proactive IT professional with a passion for creating a smooth digital workplace experience

  • Structured, self-organized, and accountable, with a collaborative mindset

  • Experience with modern workplace technologies and IT operations such as Microsoft 365, Atlassian Cloud, Service Management, Active Directory, and Windows and/or Mac environments; Intune and Jamf are a plus

  • Solution-oriented with a strong focus on continuously improving processes and user experience

  • Team player who shares knowledge and contributes to a positive team culture

  • Curious about new technologies and motivated to make everyday work more efficient

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Swedish is essential.
