Instructional Designer (m/f/d)

We are looking for a junior to mid-level Instructional Designer / e-Learning Content Developer to support the creation and continuous improvement of digital learning content for internal training.

In this role, you will design and build learning content directly in our LMS (Sana). Prior experience with Sana is not required – we are looking for someone with a solid foundation in instructional design, an interest in digital learning, and the motivation to learn new tools quickly.

You will work closely with subject-matter experts and the Learning team to transform existing materials (documents, presentations, workshops) into clear, engaging, and effective learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop digital learning content (eLearning modules, learning paths, micro-learning)
Author and maintain learning content directly in the LMS
Apply instructional design principles to structure learning content clearly and effectively
Collaborate with subject-matter experts to translate content into learner-friendly formats
Create or adapt simple visual and multimedia elements where useful
Review and improve existing learning content based on feedback
Deliver work transparently with visible progress and clear communication

Qualifications

First professional experience or strong practical exposure in instructional design, eLearning, educational technology, pedagogy, or a related field
Understanding of basic instructional design concepts and learning principles
Experience working with digital learning content or any LMS (formal or informal)
Good written and spoken English
Reliable, structured working style and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with authoring tools such as Storyline, Rise, Captivate, or similar (not required)
Basic visual or multimedia skills (e.g. Canva, simple video editing)
Interest in modern learning approaches such as micro-learning or blended learning
Experience working with SMEs or in a corporate learning context
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
