In several countries – currently Germany, Austria, and Albania – we therefore offer our team a benefit configurator with a wide range of options to suit many different needs.
What’s behind the Benefit Configurator

We have established a benefit system in which every team member receives a monthly budget that can be redeemed for a wide variety of benefits. As life circumstances and interests change, the benefit package can easily be adjusted.
Prefer a childcare allowance and a recreation subsidy? Or maybe a Netflix subscription and a public transport pass? You can choose whatever feels most valuable for your current stage of life!
Naturally, environmentally friendly benefit options are especially important to us.

From an employee’s perspective, the introduction of the benefit system was my absolute highlight of 2022. What I especially appreciate is the wide range of selectable and combinable benefits, which can be conveniently configured through a solution we developed ourselves. My personal favourite among the benefits is the option to choose additional vacation days, as this truly supports a healthy work-life balance.

I really appreciate the introduction of the benefits model. Every team member can individually put together what best suits their current life situation.
