Your Responsibilities

Regional People & Culture Leadership (Nordics)

  • You take full ownership of all People & Culture topics across the Nordics region and work closely with regional C-level stakeholders as well as the management team. Together with the P&C leads from the four countries, you actively drive the region’s development.

  • You will gradually assume disciplinary leadership of the Nordics P&C team and support its ongoing growth and development.

  • You establish and manage responsibility for personnel and relevant P&C budgets in the region, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and sustainable growth.

  • You report directly to the CEO of Communardo Nordics and collaborate closely with the Group People & Culture team.

  • Together with your Nordic colleagues, you ensure aligned and impactful support across the region - always with the goal of creating a strong, trust-based, and future-oriented people experience.

Implementation & Evolution of Group-wide P&C Standards

  • You are responsible for implementing group-wide P&C standards and tailoring them to regional needs and local specifics.

  • Through close collaboration with P&C leads across the four countries and at group level, you bring in regional perspectives and contribute to the continuous improvement of standards.

  • With a strong focus on efficient, scalable, and digitally enabled processes (including automation and AI), you enhance both candidate and employee experience.

Operational People Management (Generalist)

  • You serve as a trusted partner for managers and employees, supporting key people topics in daily operations, including hands-on administrative tasks where needed.

  • You take ownership of recruiting, employer branding, performance and compensation cycles, as well as talent and employee development.

  • You advise on labor law matters, support change and conflict processes, and contribute to the implementation of HR measures.

PMI Responsibility in the Nordics Region

  • You actively support post-merger integration processes following acquisitions in the Nordics, ensuring alignment of organization, culture, and people processes.

  • In collaboration with the Group P&C team, you contribute to clear change communication and the ongoing development of best practices in integration.

What You Bring

  • You bring solid generalist HR experience (minimum 6 years), ideally including experience as an HR Business Partner.

  • Experience in an international or regionally diverse environment is a strong advantage, as is a background in the IT industry.

  • You are confident working with C-level stakeholders and understand their expectations, dynamics, and priorities.

  • With strong expertise in recruiting, talent development, employer branding, compensation & benefits, contract management, and labor law, you have a well-rounded professional foundation and a genuine passion for people topics.

  • Your strong consulting and facilitation skills enable you to engage stakeholders, provide clarity, and navigate complex or sensitive situations with confidence.

  • You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, allowing you to shape long-term direction while acting pragmatically when needed.

  • Experience in change, growth, or post-merger integration environments enables you to actively drive transformation processes.

  • You thrive in dynamic environments with room for impact - you take ownership, contribute ideas, drive initiatives forward, and make decisions with confidence.

  • Excellent English skills allow you to communicate clearly and effectively in an international environment.
