Scrum Master & Agile Coach (m/f/d)

Locations: Dresden, Tirana

Who we are

Communardo is one of the leading Platinum Partners of Atlassian in Germany, Austria, and app vendor for the Atlassian ecosystem. Our software helps enterprise clients to implement superior collaboration solutions based on Atlassian Confluence and Jira. Furthermore, we provide integration solutions for Atlassian products with Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365. Starting from 2018 we’re also operating from our branch in Tirana where a team of Software Developers, Product Owners, Marketing and Designers, are helping in developing our products further.

What we want to do

We develop apps that make the daily work of our customers around the world easier. To achieve this, several Scrum teams are working on the apps to expand leading digital workplace tools such as Atlassian Confluence, Atlassian Jira, Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint.
You support one or two development teams to use Scrum framework effectively. Through “Inspect&Adapt” cycles, you improve the cooperation and practices within the team and the results for the customers.

Your Role

  • You are a Scrum Master because Multitasking Wizard is not an actual job title 🙂
  • You live and love your role as a coach for agile teams and thus strengthen the development team in being able to work self-organized and cross-functional
  • Your focus is on effectiveness and success of the Scrum teams
  • You are working with Product Owners and Development teams on preparing Scrum artifacts and moderating the Scrum events
  • Together with the other Scrum Masters, you work on establishing an agile mindset throughout the organisation

Your Profile and Your Story

  • We deliberately do not start with a required specific degree – because that is less relevant for us. You inspire us with your extensive experience and skills as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Team Master in software development teams
  • You are passionate about your role and your successes, which you also like to share in the agile community
  • Probably you could already achieve a suitable certification
  • You are a strong communicator, empathetic and have an authentic personality
  • Asking Powerful Questions! Leading through questions is ingrained in you
  • You shine with excellent English communication skills (we work in distributed, international teams). German skills is not that important
  • Nice to have: Experience with Jira, Confluence or Microsoft Office 365 as well as other agile methods such as Kanban, OKRs etc.
