Lead Software Developer Communardo Products (m/f/d)

We are looking for a full-time, well-skilled and enthusiastic lead software developer, who will extend our company in Tirana.

Who we are

Communardo is one of the leading Platinum Partners of Atlassian Inc. in Germany and app vendor in the Atlassian Marketplace and Microsoft Appsource. Our software helps enterprise clients to implement superior collaboration solutions based on Atlassian Confluence and Jira. Furthermore, we provide integration solutions for Atlassian products with Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365. Since 2018 we have established our subsidiary Communardo Software sh.p.k in Tirana.

What we want to do

Our product business is growing rapidly. To strengthen our development team we established a long term software engineering team in Tirana that has joined forces with our lead engineers.

Your role

  • Design, implement and test solutions together with the SCRUM team
  • Use of DevOps tools to automate deployments and tests
  • Adjustments and extensions of established systems such as Atlassian Confluence  or JIRA  in the server and cloud environment

Your profile and your story

  • Successfully completed computer science degree or comparable vocational training
  • Many years of professional experience with Java in various projects (advanced)
  • Mastery of the web technologies CSS, HTML, JavaScript and React for the implementation of modern GUIs
  • Passion to familiarize oneself with new technologies and to incorporate them into the developed products
  • Enthusiasm for the development of software that is useful for the user in practice
  • A structured, team-oriented and independent way of working in English in an international team
