Your role (tasks)

You’ll support the organization of internal trainings – from scheduling and coordination to clear communication with colleagues.
You help keep our training catalog up to date and ensure that learning data and participation records are always accurate and well maintained.
Also you’ll contribute to collecting and preparing feedback so we can continuously improve our learning offerings.
Our Confluence wiki benefits from your eye for good structure: updating content, correcting broken links, and making pages clearer and easier to navigate are all part of your work.
With the use of templates and clear information design, you help ensure that content is easy to understand and accessible.
You keep important knowledge pages such as onboarding guides or FAQs current, helping colleagues quickly find their way around.
In addition, you support small reports and help prepare presentations by structuring information in a clear and engaging way.
And whenever colleagues need help finding information or learning resources, you’re a reliable and supportive point of contact.

Your profile and your story

You are enrolled in a university degree program – ideally in Business Administration, HR, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Bringing a strong interest in learning, people topics, or knowledge management, along with the motivation to further develop skills in this area.
You enjoy structuring information clearly and working with digital tools such as Confluence, Jira, or a Learning Management System.
A careful, precise, and reliable way of working is something you naturally bring with you.
You look forward to exchanging ideas and collaborating with different teams across the company.
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
