To strengthen our product marketing team situated in Dresden, Germany, we are looking for a charismatic, self-motivated partner manager with a hands-on mentality.

Your Roles

  • Partner Management and Sales
    • Understand the partner ecosystem as a sales channel in both the Atlassian and Microsoft ecosystem
    • Identify key Stakeholders within partner organizations and establish a relationship
    • Establishing a partner network throughout the Atlassian and Microsoft Ecosystem
    • Establish and maintain metrics on partner performance
    • Categorize the partner landscape
    • Prepare regular reports on partner performance
    • Work closely with marketing and product owners on partner enablement and marketing for demand-generation activities
    • Establish the role and its connecting processes
    • Preferably knowledge handling CRM tools
  • Direct Sales
    • Establish and foster direct relationships and communication channels with key prospective customers
    • Identify relevant joint target customers with partners for cross-selling

Your Profile and Your Story

  • Native Speaker or C1 level English
  • Willingness to travel internationally to join field marketing events and trade shows, nationally and internationally
  • Communicate and deal with C-level executives, sales, and technical teams within the partner organizations
  • Strong dialogue abilities to solve and handle difficult situations
  • Rooted in the tech space, ideally experienced in B2B software sales
  • Hands-on mentality and self-organization skills
