How AWESOME was that! We’ve been waiting for this for a long time: finally seeing old and new colleagues again face to face and in person and not just virtually. On June 29 we celebrated our company offsite and what can we say – it was an absolute highlight.
Let’s briefly review this memorable day and agenda together.
A total of 150 colleagues came from all 8 of our locations in Germany, Austria, and Albania. All tested(for Covid) and in a good mood, we got straight into it… a day full of exciting keynotes and group sessions. As always with the goal of exchanging ideas, brainstorming new ideas, and our vision for the future together, and of course, having a lot of fun.
A successful mix of learning and enjoyment
All our colleagues from our business lines had the opportunity to contribute with their own topics Open Space sessions. Whether talking about trends in the Atlassian or Microsoft universe, consulting hacks, further development of our own products, or diversity at Communardo – there were many exciting topics.
In addition to the professional exchange, there was also plenty of time for getting to know new colleagues and delicious food – AND of course our big summer party in the evening with cocktails, good music, a photo box, table football, and billiards. We look forward to the next offsite and seeing you again soon.
