User Anonymizer for Jira – now even more incognito

The next version of User Anonymizer for Jira offers even more administrative settings for anonymization. Read on to find out what's inside!

Earlier this year we released our already popular new apps User Anonymizer for Jira and User Anonymizer for Confluence. Although it’s not been long since that we’ve received plenty of feedback from you, our valued customers – we’ve been listening! Today marks the release of the next version of User Anonymizer for Jira.

While the initial release is removing plenty of user data in the Jira end-user interface, we are now focusing on administrative settings and more hidden entries in the Jira. A few examples will follow below:

  • Owners of Filters, Dashboards and Jira Software Boards
  • Persons that have modified a Jira Workflow
  • Users that are listed in Issue Security, Notification or Permission Schemes

We also added a few bug fixes as well as performance improvements. A full list is available in our public Jira Instance.
