About half a year ago we announced the upcoming private beta phase for our newest app in the Atlassian Marketplace: SharePoint Connector for Confluence. As we are having several customers using this product in production environments right now the time has come to end the early access phase. Read on for a summary of our findings and to have a look on what’s ahead for this product.

During the six weeks of private beta and the past three months of the early access phase, we’ve had countless phone calls and web meetings with customers and partners as well as several presentations with discussion panels at Atlassian User Groups and similar events. Based on all the feedback we gathered we were happy to discover that the app is easy to use for end users and administrators alike.
What’s next for SharePoint Connector for Confluence?
We are currently putting the final touches on the next release which will add compatibility with SharePoint 2016. Minor improvements in functionality all over the app are included as well but the big news will be SharePoint 2016 support. Stay tuned for more on that in the upcoming weeks. If you are willing to participate in any sort of beta program for SharePoint 2016 please get in touch via our support team.
