Just recently, there has been a technical design update by Microsoft, affecting the display of lists from SharePoint Online in Confluence.
This update is the reason why when configuring the SharePoint Online list macro you will see all lists created up until around the end of August 2018 (exact date not available) but not any newer lists. That’s due to a changed value for the contentclass property for SharePoint Online lists from “STS_List_*” to “STS_View”.
Already configured macros will function without problems, but it’s not possible to choose any new lists in the configuration after all.
Furthermore, this issue solely affects the “SharePoint List” macro. There are no problems known regarding the “SharePoint Document” macro.
To solve this issue, please update your SharePoint Online Connector to version 1.3.2.

Currently, this affects only SharePoint Online lists. But potentially, Microsoft could include this design update in an upcoming CU (Cumulative Update, see SharePoint updates) for SharePoint Server 2016 as well.
