But it came apparent that one thing is really missing from the product: Support for SharePoint On-Premises. Starting from Version 1.1 SharePoint Online Connector for Confluence now even supports SharePoint 2016. As a user, you now benefit from the new user interface of the connector not just in SharePoint Online but in on-prem SharePoint 2016 as well.
