After taking a little extra time to review and reflect on our experience at the 7th META-INF Atlassian Day, one thing stands out. The Atlassian ecosystem continues to grow and develop and certainly never ceases to amaze. As a Gold sponsor of the event Communardo products were proud to be part of an full-on and unforgettable 2 days. Guest presentations and hands-on workshops on all things Atlassian from Data Center, Cloud and Server-to-Cloud migration. There was something for everyone to get stuck into. Our hosts also put on a lot of fun activities for both vendors and attendees to enjoy together. The Keynote Roundup:
The event kicked off with welcome and greetings from META-INF co-CEO’s Tibor Hegyi and Attila Gaspar. We were then treated to the Keynote Speech delivered by Atlassian’s Global Head of Customer Success and Innovation, Aditya Phadke. He spoke about Atlassian solutions, what’s coming up and where Atlassian focus lies in short term and long term including Data Center-to-Cloud migration. As well as maintaining a focus on development and investment on Data Center, Aditya also informed us on 4 areas Atlassian will be investing in Cloud:
- Security and Compliance
- Apps and Extensibility
- Administration and Controls
- Reliability

One of our highlights was being able to conduct a workshop. Attendees were able to work on Building a Confluence Cloud Team Workspace with Communardo Apps. Antal Vig, an Atlassian Consultant, worked with the participants building Confluence cloud pages, adding metadata with Metadata for Confluence Cloud, creating simple personalized menus for easy navigation within confluence cloud pages with Subspace Navigation for Confluence and indeed embedding SharePoint documents directly on your Confluence wiki page with SharePoint Connector for Confluence Cloud. This was ALL done in real-time.

We also had a lot of fun over the 2 days with the Steal the Show competition where all the vendors got to introduce themselves in fun and creative ways

Last but not least… META-INF Atlassian Day 2022 came to a close with presentation of the prizes from the raffle that was run over the 2 days.
