On June 21, the longest day of the year with dazzling sunshine, Atlassian users and prospects came together in the Speicher at the Kaufhauskanal in Hamburg. The Atlassian Solution Partner CatworkX had invited for the Midsummerday for the fourth time.
We, as an add-on vendor, were invited as well.
At the opening, all sponsors presented themselves in a short interview – from A like AIM to X as in XPand IT from Portugal. We had the opportunity to brief the visitors what products and news they could expect at our booth. Also, we could effectively announce our add-on concept in the manufacturer forum in the afternoon.
For the keynote, Bryan Rollins, Head of Server Business from Atlassian, presented “Atlassian and the Enterprise”, a topic, which has been previously unveiled at the Barcelona Summit in May.
We also welcomed visitors at the Communardo booth during the further sessions on automatic sales documentation, operational monitoring, and reporting, as well as version and relay management. Especially the possibilities for the structuring of Confluence with metadata and the current developments of the SharePoint Connector for Confluence have much sought after.
In the afternoon, our colleague Philipp introduced “A Confluence for all cases – Three examples of catalogs on the intranet.” in the form of metadata.
The event culminated in the victory of the CatworkX Championships. All day, visitors were able to beat each other in speed and win the CatWorkx Cup.
